Kojic Acid With Milk by UNI

Hello ladies! We heard about Kojic Acid Soap how effective it is. I have been using it since I was in college, and as I saw some of their new released products, I picked the WITH MILK.

So here it is.. I bought this for only Php 50.00 and inside it has 2 pcs. If you buy 1 pc, I think it was Php26? or 29.. I forgot..

So yeah... I opened the package and the soap's texture is kinda rough.

It doesn't melt that easily unlike Olay Moisturizing Soap if you just let it sit and it melts- you know what I mean.

I was surprised about how long it lasted. I bath 2 times a day and surprisingly it only lasted for a week.

As I said the soap doesn't easily melt but it consumes a week.

But the box contains 2 bars.

The description above says it has moisturizer.. Of course because it has milk.

Based on my experience, yes, there is a little moisturizing effect on the first wash. After several washes I can't feel any moisturizing on my skin.

As you massage it on to your skin, you can feel that the soap is like a scrub. HAHA! I know how it sounds.

As I said the soap's texture is kinda rough, so yeah.

It lathers well and expect that after you wash, you can see the dryness of your skin and you should apply lotion.

Remember, as long as the soap contains kojic acid or papaya, whatsoever, it really dries up your skin even it contains milk.

after a week, the soap looked like this.. As it melts, it was getting scrubby-ish.

Conclusion:

I used it whole body including face, I didn't get any breakouts, of course I have to put moisturizer on my face and lotion on my skin. Smells nice, like a kojic acid smell- if you know what I mean. Although it only lasted for a week per bar. 

Did it Whitened my skin?

- Well, i have already light skin, i think it didn't get lighter.

DId it cleared out pimples?

- I have some pimples, but no.. It didn't cleared out nor faded.

Will I repurchase?

- No. I have to look other brands for some reasons (review).. .

Amira: Moisturizing and Skin Whitening Soap

Most of us heard about his Magic Cream Amira. Some said it worked like magic and some said that it takes a risk because it has Hydroquinone.
So I decided to try the soap first- at least I can be safe. 

                                                                                            So here it is! 

Contents:

It says it has Wheat germ oil. It doesn't mean it has Germs on it, but Wheat germ is the embryo to form the sprout that becomes the wheat grass. So, what is wheat germ? It is packed with protein and vitamins like Vit. E, folic acid, zinc, phosphorus, thiamin and magnesium. You know what? Try searching in google.

Anyway after I opened the box, you can see that the soap is packed with another plastic.

It lathers well, and yeah... .As you apply it you can already smell citrus- lemon or something.

Pros:

Smells nice

It doesn't dry up skin much.

Lathers well.

Packaging: it's ok, but the box is kinda- - - needs more attraction, 

if you know what I mean,

It doesn't have Paraben Contents.

Cons:

A bit expensive costs Php130 on Watsons

Leaving it on to the skin (face), itchy/stingy sensation.

Doesn't do the moisturizing effect that you need to put lotion to be sure you don't 

leave dry skin, (well it doesn't have Shea Butter now does it?).

-Whitening effect results of continuing usage of soap like twice a day or so.. But since my skin is already white, but not that snow freakin white, I can't see much of a difference. -

Mena Pearl White Cream

Hello guys and dolls, I'm going to have a review about Mena.. What I bought was the new one called, "Mena Pearl Cream".. The blue ones.

SO YEAH! HERE IT IS..

So as you can see, there is also Kojic Acid thus it makes skin lighter.

I have been using Mena since last month, and I'm in a second bottle now.

I've read a lot of reviews regarding Mena, and most of the girls were not that satisfied because the result may vary if you are already have white skin, you can't see the results very much.. =/

And some had to apply Mena religiously, because- I mean what do you expect if you always forget to apply it.

So HERE is the INSIDE cream picture,

Before applying the Cream:

AFter Applying: On Face and Neck

As you can see the AFTER picture, you can observe a whitening effect,

so I would suggest that you apply the cream during night time.. You don't wanna look like a china doll at day time now do you?

Pros:

Smells nice..

Very cheap

It doesn't break out my facial skin

It gives me a glow after I woke up.

It doesn't give me pimples.

Cons:

It has Paraben content.

It has Fragrance content.

Only in 3 grams. (small right?)

Note: Okay, since it can whiten the skin, you may apply it on your elbows and knees if you want to. Because before I had uneven skin tone in my feet because I wear long pants and wearing doll shoes walking under the sun, so- yeah..Shockingly after you put off the shoes, KABOOM! that trace of  Yin and Yang. =_=! But it evened out after several applying mena pearl white.

You can also put it on your underarm during night time. It might work out! =)

Will I repurchase? Yes..and No. Yes, because I only apply to moisturize my skin during cold days at night, and No because it is not that necessary or a need to apply cuz my skin is already light and pimple free.
